Founded in 1994, Premier Network Solutions, Inc. (PRENET) designs, integrates, and maintains computer networks, business telephone systems, audio visual and presentation systems, and security control systems. We start by designing and installing a cabling infrastructure, upon which we build a seamless platform that integrates either a local area network (LAN) or wide area network (WAN). We provide business telephone systems that allow for full integration with the computer network. Our highly technical engineers offer our clients solutions that we have designed; this includes computer and telephony hardware and software, audio visual equipment and security control systems, all according to the clients' need.

The mission of PRENET is to achieve growth, profitability and longevity by striving to increase the competitive advantage of our clients through technological innovation. This is accomplished by the continual training of our team to keep up with changes in our fields of expertise and by promoting the highest quality of customer service and team relations delivered with honesty and integrity. The main reason PRENET was conceived is a strong desire to assist our clients with the highest level of service and technical competence. In the past, PRENET's founders, Steve Immerman and Stephen Berger, had been disappointed with the insufficiency of services offered by the several companies with whom they had been employed. Those were the guiding forces that lead them into a business venture.

Teamwork among our employees facilitates our distinguished service standard. We work together to ensure all bases are covered for our clients' need and satisfaction. This ingredient is fortified by the many activities PRENET employees take part in that build trust and friendship.

PRENET had grown from operating from the basement of owner, Steve Immerman's home, to the Hamilton County Business Center (HCBC), an incubator for new businesses, in May of 1995. During the two years in the HCBC, we continued to grow, acquiring new office space twice. In the spring of 1999, we purchased our present "home" in Madisonville. Our new facility includes a state of the art conference room containing a complete audiovisual presentation system, training rooms where we conduct educational sessions and seminars, and a warehouse area where we can store product and supplies. Our engineers perform their in-house service duties in our service area providing each engineer with all necessary tools and ample workspace. We are very proud of our office space. It enables us to host "lunch and learn" seminars, which are open to clients and the general public, on a regular basis. It also enables us to give clients a hands-on experience with many of the solutions we are recommending.

We believe that businesses of all sizes and demographics are of value to our organization. The services we offer are very scalable; for example a small company who purchases a telephone system and service from us has room to grow while retaining our service to upgrade their existing system. In this manner, our client is able to remain with PRENET, the company that they trust, and our relationship does not become obsolete. We view our clients in terms of long-term partnerships. Our aim is to match the client with the product, service and technology that fits its current needs and budget, while evaluating possible future needs for that client. We do so with speed, accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction. As an example of our dedication to client satisfaction, our owners are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.

Our venue for doing so is to provide innovative technology, accomplished by keeping an eye out for "the latest", sustaining expertise and applying that expertise with the client's best interests at heart.

1994 - SeptemberPremier Network Solutions, Inc. (PRENET) is founded. Initially it is operated out of a basement in Norwood, Ohio.
1994 - DecemberPRENET obtains 1800 square feet of office space in the Hamilton County Development Center's Business Incubator.
1995 - FebruaryPRENET is awarded a Novel Gold Reseller status.
1995 - AprilPRENET becomes certified on the Panasonic KXT Digital Telephone Systems.
1996 - DecemberPRENET becomes certified on the Inter-Tel Axxess telephone systems.
1996 - DecemberPRENET becomes certified on the Inter-Tel Axxess telephone systems.
1996 - DecemberA new Inter-Tel Axxess phone system is installed for internal use.
1998 - AugustPRENET obtains Citrix Gold Reseller status.
1999 - AprilPRENET becomes and authorized Da-Lite Representative. This allows PRENET to enter the presentation system market. Da-Lite is a manufacturer of front and rear display systems.
1999 - MayPRENET purchases a building and moves into new location. New building is 12,000 square feet (9,000 square feet of office space and 3,000 square feet of warehouse space).
1999 - JulyPRENET adds the Panasonic Digital Business Telephone system to it's list of supported telephone systems. This certification enables PRENET to take over support for several existing customers that have the DBS system.
2000 - MayPRENET is presented as a finalist in the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Emerging Entrepreneurial 2000 award.
2000 - SeptemberPRENET adds Rimage CD Duplication systems to it's list of products. Rimage systems provide production quality CD-ROM duplication systems allowing CD's to be mastered, duplicated and labeled.
2000 - DecemberPRENET begins publishing a quarterly newsletter highlighting new products, customer spotlights and PRENET news.
2001 - AugustPRENET attains Novel Platinum Partner status. We continue to maintain Microsoft Certified Solution Partner certification and Citrix Gold Reseller certificiation.
2001 - NovemberPRENET purchases vans, a fleet to help us "keep you well connected".
2001 - NovemberPRENET becomes certified Crestron resellers, further enhancing our Audio/Visual offerings.
2002 - MayPRENET adds security access and cameras systems to it's Audio/Visual market, including Kalatel video surveillance and Impro access control systems.
2002 - SeptemberPRENET becomes an authorized dealer in TimeTECH Time and Attendance software.
2002 - NovemberPRENET is the official Audio/Visual sponsor at Cincinnati ITEC.
2003 - JanuaryPRENET enhances its educational program by offering Lunch & Learn presentations of up-to-the-minute technologies on a regular basis.
2004 - SeptemberPRENET celebrates it's ten year anniversary.
2005 - MayPRENET hosts Microsoft Across America.
2005 - JunePRENET launches PRENETCare Network Management and Support Services.
2006 - JanuaryPRENET becomes certified to sell Inter-Tel's CS5000.
2006 - JanuaryPRENET receives award from Crestron for being Ohio's #1 reseller.
2006 - JanuaryPRENET achieves OAISYS Silver partner status.
2007 - MarchSteve Immerman becomes a Crestron Certified Programmer.
2007 - MayPRENET's Certified Technology Specialists (CTS) grow to 6, including 1 CTS-D, CTS-I.
